Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days(order processing time does not include shipping time)
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping generally takes 2–3 business days after processing.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
Delays
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
- PPT is not responsible for delays once packages have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase.
- We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- PPT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address entered for an order. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the error or inconvenience is on PPT’s end.
